Mist Cannons (also known as Fog Cannons) are unique products that effectively suppress dust at a variety of work sites. Covering a distance of up to 100 metres with the help of powerful fans, ENV-EX Mist Cannons help improve visibility, minimise dust spread to neighbouring areas, reduce environmental pollution and neutralise odour.

HIGH PERFORMANCE ATOMISING

For effective dust suppression, atomised water droplets should be of a comparable size to the dust particles. Only then can the water droplets and dust mix and then drop to the ground. Bigger water droplets tend to push away dust particles due to the slipstream effect, but can travel further. ENV-EX mist cannons use special full cone nozzles that atomise water down to 5µ - 50µ to achieve optimum balance and provide unmatched dust suppression.

LOW WATER CONSUMPTION
ENV-EX mist cannons have a unique pump system with integrated variable speed design to adjust the consumption rate according to operational requirements. Hence the mist cannons save water, or any other liquid, that is used with the cannon.

OUR MIST CANNON ADVANTAGES

EASY TO USE

You can easily move your Mist Cannon between working sites, and you can relocate it on site using its specially designed wheelbase. Mist Cannons can be operated by a radio frequency remote control, which allows you to run the working process with only a few buttons from a distance of up to 300 metres away. Automatic oscillation can be adjusted between 0° and 360° and automatic tilting from -30° to +30°.

SAFE TO RUN

Our Mist Cannons are equipped with a dry run protection option to prevent pump breakdown. The electronic control board is equipped with a magnetic thermal circuit breaker to protect the motors. Each cannon has two emergency buttons; one on the control board, the other on the RF remote control system.

Horizontal Stainless Steel Pump: Our Mist Cannons use horizontal multi-stage stainless steel pumps which are the most durable pumps on the market. This type of pumps requires servicing only once in 2 years! Forget about the frequent oil and gasket changes for ceramic vertical piston pumps which are rather common on the market.
